Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage cost plans and detailed CSA estimates from concept through detailed design across multiple geographies.
  • •Lead quantity takeoffs, cost checks, and estimate reviews; communicate basis of estimate, assumptions, inclusions/exclusions, and risks.
  • •Provide program-level estimating by synthesizing inputs across multiple projects/campuses to support portfolio decisions.
  • •Review contractor pricing (bids, pay applications, change orders) and perform comparative assessments with recommendations.
  • •Drive benchmarking and cost modeling, support life-cycle cost analysis, facilitate value engineering, and support procurement/preconstruction activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in construction estimating/cost management.
  • •Experience in a construction cost management role (e.g., Cost Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, Cost Engineer, Project Cost Controls).
  • •Experience providing conceptual estimating and/or pre-construction services for construction management or related firms.
  • •Strong knowledge of value management/value engineering and excellent communication skills.
