Messaging Services Senior Specialist- Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive

Support and maintain Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive, working with Unified Messaging and Communication tools including Microsoft Office 365 and MS Teams. Help with maintenance, patching, upgrades, and modification of messaging systems alongside more senior team members. Handle day-to-day incident and request management, troubleshoot Outlook and OWA client issues, and identify opportunities for automation (e.g., PowerShell).
