Lead North America OT strategy and major capital projects (typically 100K to 5M) for the Kraft Heinz OT environment. Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the program and lifecycle of major OT capital projects, partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver on plan
•Develop and execute an OT strategy and roadmap leveraging IoT and contemporary OT technologies
•Lead the review and implementation of OT strategy and ensure compliance with security and reliability goals
•Coordinate between IT and OT engineering to align architecture, security policies and data interfaces
•Develop and maintain OT centralized maintenance policies (backup, disaster recovery, patch management, firewall rules) and ensure timely capital execution

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: 120,800 - 151,000 annually

•Bachelor of Science in Engineering (highly preferred)
•10+ years of manufacturing experience including 5+ years in OT environment

•Fluent in English; willing to travel as required
