Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the program and lifecycle of major OT capital projects, partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver on plan
  • •Develop and execute an OT strategy and roadmap leveraging IoT and contemporary OT technologies
  • •Lead the review and implementation of OT strategy and ensure compliance with security and reliability goals
  • •Coordinate between IT and OT engineering to align architecture, security policies and data interfaces
  • •Develop and maintain OT centralized maintenance policies (backup, disaster recovery, patch management, firewall rules) and ensure timely capital execution

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Engineering (highly preferred)
  • •10+ years of manufacturing experience including 5+ years in OT environment

  • •Solid understanding of computer programming and software development; advanced PLC programming experience (Siemens, Rockwell/Allen Bradley, Beckhoff)
  • •Fluent in English; willing to travel as required
