Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for PO and intake management, validating plans and hypotheses with stakeholders.
  • •Lead discovery with Buying and Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, warehouse, supplier-support, and technology teams to understand needs and pain points.
  • •Map and simplify end-to-end PO and intake processes, including creation through handover, readiness, inbounding, receipt, and query resolution.
  • •Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and prioritised delivery increments for Dynamics, integrations, reporting, and agentic tools.
  • •Partner with Engineering and delivery teams as the day-to-day product contact, managing trade-offs and keeping stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Product Manager (or comparable) working on operational, supply chain, retail, or enterprise products.
  • •Experience defining product direction and roadmaps, validating assumptions with peers, users, and stakeholders.
  • •Strong knowledge of purchase orders, intake, inventory, inbound logistics, supplier operations, or related retail processes.
  • •Essential experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365; exposure to Oracle or another major ERP is beneficial.
  • •Strong process-analysis skills and the ability to translate between operational detail and technical delivery discussions.
