Demonstrate excellent customer service while delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5M. Deepen existing relationships through routine calling, create new opportunities via business development and outside prospecting, and grow revenue against assigned targets. Open and service accounts, identify and launch product solutions, collaborate with branch partners and centers of influence, and refer clients to Business Banking for additional needs.
