Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the cost/commercial management of multi-disciplinary Transmission, Distribution and Power Systems projects on behalf of the client.
  • •Oversee stakeholder, risk and contract management to ensure projects meet client expectations and budgets.
  • •Ensure commissions are delivered within budget and allocate resources effectively across projects.
  • •Manage and develop the cost/commercial team to deliver on client and business requirements.
  • •Oversee payments and final accounts for contractors and subcontractors in line with contract conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •Five+ years of cost/commercial management experience in infrastructure projects
  • •Degree in quantity surveying or relevant equivalent
  • •Strong experience with NEC3/NEC4 contracts and cost management
  • •Experience working within client organisations or via secondment/co-location
  • •Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
