Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •6 years of experience supporting risk-related, compliance-related, or business control design activities; or 6 years in a relevant quantitative discipline; OR advanced degree/PhD with specified additional experience.
  • •2-4 years of direct experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, or controls testing (e.g., SOX/ICFR).
  • •Basic understanding of risk and control self-assessment (RCSA) process and ability to differentiate control design vs. operating effectiveness.
  • •Professional certification or working towards a certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) and Microsoft Office proficiency.
