Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Advanced Facilities Construction

Support complex new-build and redevelopment projects by managing construction cost services for clients. Advise on procurement and bid processes, lead estimating, cost reporting, and cost control activities, and maintain commercial risk registers. Review and recommend change orders, manage invoicing and post-contract audits, and conduct post-contract reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future handovers. Use bid analysis and cost estimating/take-off tools to drive accurate outcomes.
