Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Serve as the key client-facing cost and commercial lead for a large hyperscale data center development in Manassas, Virginia. Own cost management and change management across the full construction lifecycle—estimating, negotiating change orders, producing cost plans/budgets, and coordinating cost estimates with design teams and contractors. Manage change control, valuations, payment certifications, and monthly cost reporting, while supporting value engineering and advising on commercial risk and mitigation.
