Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate release notes, specs, and technical documentation into “what this means for the field” guidance by persona, use case, and proof points.
  • •Build and maintain a scalable product enablement program for GTM teams across launches, product foundations, and advanced AI capabilities.
  • •Design and deliver practical enablement sessions (demos, active practice) for features, packages, and workflows applied to real customer scenarios.
  • •Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Competitive, Sales, Technical Enablement, and Customer Outcomes to ensure launch readiness (talk tracks, demo flows, objection handling, bundles).
  • •Design and operate an AI-first “launch-to-enable” loop using Glean and agents to create role-aware guidance and just-in-time coaching surfaces.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in B2B SaaS go-to-market roles (product enablement, sales/revenue enablement, product marketing, solutions engineering, or similar) with strong product ownership and field interaction.
  • •Translate complex technical or AI-heavy concepts into simple narratives, talk tracks, and trainings GTM teams actually use.
  • •Familiarity with value-based sales methodologies (e.g., Command of the Message, MEDDICC/MEDDPICC) and alignment of product stories to business outcomes and proof points.
  • •Conceptual understanding of how AI products work (LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, knowledge graphs, security and permissions).
