Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide end-user support and guidance for eTools (mobile devices, handheld devices, laptops, and computers) and Logistics Information System environments.
  • •Perform technical administration and operational management for eTools and servers supporting logistics functions and strategic programs.
  • •Manage trouble tickets including problem resolutions and recommendations into government systems.
  • •Install and configure software and equipment on government-approved devices, including peripheral connections and device setup/deletion per policies.
  • •Implement network security policies and procedures and maintain backup operations for Logistics Information System servers and eTools.
