Key Responsibilities

•Develops and executes account business plans including transactional and strategic initiatives to grow the organization’s business.
•Builds strong professional working relationships with clients, maintaining a high level of customer loyalty and understanding client needs.
•Utilizes consultative-selling techniques to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and align capabilities to client business and IT priorities.
•Leads contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract renewals to ensure favorable terms for both client and organization.
•Maintains sales pipeline activity and strives to achieve or exceed revenue and margin quotas.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline; or commensurate work experience.

•Proficiency in Salesforce and enterprise sales processes.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
