Job Summary

Own integrations and data-sync product surfaces that keep Common Room’s GTM data complete, current, and reliable. Define the roadmap across CRM and sales-engagement sync, webhooks, public API and MCP, provider health, and AI agent workflows. Partner with customers, AEs, CSMs, and a pod of engineers/designers to deliver 0-to-1 integrations and 1-to-n reliability improvements, incident triage, and end-to-end production execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Define integrations and platform strategy and roadmap that ensure customers trust their GTM data.
•Make reliability a product outcome with uptime, freshness, accuracy, and fast triage when issues occur.
•Ship AI agent workflows and APIs that move real GTM work end-to-end (enrichment, sync, signal-to-action).
•Directly own a small set of customer relationships and turn integration insights into product bets, especially for renewals.
•Partner with engineering and design to make complex integration capabilities self-serve and ensure successful migrations, deprecations, and enablement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years in product management, including owning integrations, data sync, or a platform/API surface for B2B SaaS (CRM, sales-engagement platforms, webhooks).
•PM-level fluency with integration primitives including OAuth, webhooks, rate limits, and data mapping/object sync.
•A track record of treating reliability as a product outcome (uptime, freshness, accuracy, error rates, incident triage).
•Experience shipping LLM- or agent-powered features in production, with thoughtful opinions on evals and agent design.
•Comfort translating customer discovery into specs and calmly owning escalations when integrations break.
