Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead integrated planning, warehouse, and import-export operations; build KPI systems to drive team performance and goal delivery.
  • •Manage demand planning processes between local sites and global markets to minimize total supply-chain cost.
  • •Support business-model transformation for toll/non-toll manufacturing and upskill the team for end-to-end SAP-driven execution.
  • •Partner with the Greater China Manufacturing Director on strategic planning and rollout of group global initiatives.
  • •Ensure compliance with HSE (ISO14001, OHSAS18001), GMP, and relevant disinfectant/cosmetic/medical-device regulations; resolve complex warehouse-logistics and quality issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above and fluent written & spoken English for global communication.
  • •Minimum 3 years of senior supply chain management experience, with FMCG or medical-device manufacturing experience preferred.
  • •Hands-on experience in production planning, warehouse management, import-export, and supply chain systems implementation.
  • •Proficiency in SAP / Oracle or comparable enterprise management systems.
  • •Proven people leadership and strong cross-functional project management, negotiation, and collaboration capabilities.
