Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic collaboration by partnering with business and technology leaders to align systems, processes, and operational priorities, ensuring business needs are clearly defined, understood, and actionable.
  • •Translate strategic objectives into executable plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, and driving aligned delivery across initiatives.
  • •Support leadership decision-making through data-driven insights, operational and system analysis.
  • •Lead end-to-end project management for cross-functional transformation initiatives, including scope definition, timelines, dependency tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • •Establish KPIs and documentation to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required

  • •Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, PMP or process improvement methodologies
