Key Responsibilities

•Build and lead the TA team, hiring recruiters and defining the function’s structure and scope.
•Define and own Joko’s TA process and tooling standards (Inbound, outbound, RPO, agencies).
•Recruit senior and critical roles personally and create scalable processes for ongoing hiring.
•Develop and implement a global AI strategy for recruiting, including which parts of the funnel to automate and how to apply AI responsibly.
•Drive an international employer brand campaign, coordinating with Marketing to attract talent across markets from France to the US.
