Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and own the TA team by hiring and growing recruiters and shaping what the function needs next.
  • •Define how Joko recruits, including inbound/outbound, RPO and agency relationships, tooling (Ashby), and recruiting process standards.
  • •Recruit senior and critical roles personally, staying close to the hardest hiring needs.
  • •Build and roll out a global AI strategy for recruiting, including automation decisions and where human judgment is essential.
  • •Drive an international employer brand strategy, starting in France, scaling to Spain, and preparing for the US and other markets.
