Production Supervisor – Packaging/Box room 2nd shift- Waverly Plant

Lead day-to-day operations for packaging and the box room on the 2nd shift, guiding hourly team members to keep production safe, efficient, and on schedule. Oversee shipment verification, inventory records, product preparation, waste-recovery support, and line/box-room quality. Partner with Quality Assurance to maintain food-safe operations aligned with USDA standards and drive continuous improvement through effective coaching, procedure updates, and accurate end-of-shift documentation.
