Logistics Supervisor - Bilingual Spanish

Supervise receiving, shipping, and warehouse operations, ensuring safe procedures in the facility and dock area. Lead material handling activities including loading/unloading, staging, documentation, inventory control, and cycle counts. Train and develop warehouse staff, oversee incoming/outgoing shipment accuracy, and maintain business system reporting. Handle disputes and inquiries and complete root-cause corrective actions, while collaborating with trucking companies to meet shipment goals.
