CDE - Client Delivery Executive II

Own end-to-end delivery of NTT DATA services for a specific client, ensuring contractual commitments, delivery quality, and client satisfaction. Monitor incidents impacting SLAs, develop crisis management and disaster plans, and implement mitigation and improvement plans. Lead governance activities with stakeholders, manage forecasting and cost alignment, and collaborate with client executives and delivery leadership to grow services footprint and reduce risks.
