Own the internal technology operating layer that enables Redesign to build, ship, and support agents and engineers at scale. Drive endpoint and device management, identity, security, and helpdesk surfaces, then design deployment infrastructure including CI/CD, observability, secrets, private networking, and incident response. Set technical direction for internal systems, balancing build vs. buy and partnering with compliance on audit readiness and security posture.
