Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver the internal technology surfaces teammates depend on, including device management, office networking, identity, SaaS administration, onboarding/offboarding, endpoint security, and helpdesk.
  • •Turn repeated support into runbooks, automations, and agent-assisted workflows.
  • •Operate infrastructure behind agentic development by designing deployment infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, secrets, private networking, incident response, and execution environments.
  • •Set the technical direction for internal systems by deciding what to buy, consolidate, automate, or bring in-house.
  • •Partner with compliance on audit readiness and security posture.

Key Requirements

  • •10-12+ years of engineering experience with meaningful time at staff, principal, or equivalent level, including end-to-end ownership of internal technology, infrastructure, or security.
  • •Hands-on productivity in Python or TypeScript, treating infrastructure as code, with depth across AWS and Terraform plus containerized deployment and private networking.
  • •Deep expertise across observability, identity, endpoint security, and device management; comfortable owning the listed systems end-to-end.
  • •AI-native engineering experience building systems on coding agents like Claude Code or Cursor and improving support, automation, code review, runbooks, or reliability.
  • •Ability to be the technical partner to the firm’s compliance function and to stand up internal technology/developer-experience products used daily.
