Job Summary

Serve as a Network Operations Specialist II supporting the XVIII Airborne Corps Hub and Spoke Mission Training Complexes. Implement and administer security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, encryption), execute network protocol and security exercises (VPN, IDS/IPS), and maintain cybersecurity Risk Management documentation. Perform scheduled SCANs, support RMF artifacts (POA&M, STIG checklists), validate STIGs/patches, conduct audits/compliance checks, and maintain eMASS records to support SCA-V and ATO readiness.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of related experience (military and MTC experience preferred).
•BA/BS in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field (or equivalent education/certifications/training).
•Skilled in eMASS and an expert in the SCA-V process and inspection program.
•Expert knowledge of NIST, DoD, and Army Cybersecurity & Risk Management Framework policies, directives, instructions, manuals, and best practices.
•Appropriate DoD 8570.01-M baseline certifications as an IAT II; knowledge of IT security assessment, monitoring, detection, and remediation; network security architecture; server administration concepts; disaster recovery/continuity and incident response.

Experience:3+ years

Education:Bachelor's in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field with concentration in computer based technology
