Serve as a Specialist Solution Engineer and pre-sales consultant for the Service Cloud domain, partnering with sales to translate customer needs into actionable solution strategies. Stay current on technology trends and Salesforce releases, help overcome technical objections, and support enablement while collaborating across the EMEA Central Solution Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead discovery workshops and technical discussions to uncover customer needs, pain points, and propose Service Cloud solutions.
•Respond to RFPs and RFIs with high-quality technical, product, and security-focused content.
•Build and present product demonstrations and solution concepts that connect Salesforce capabilities to business value and strategy.
•Stay ahead of technology trends, industry innovations, Salesforce product releases, and sales programs.
•Own and drive solution strategy throughout the entire sales cycle, including handling objections and enabling the team.

Key Requirements

•Strong business acumen to translate customer service needs into a compelling vision and roadmap.
•5+ years’ experience in solution engineering, consulting, implementation, or training within a software solution organization.
•Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
•Strong domain expertise in either Contact Center (CCaaS) solutions or IT/HR Service Management applications and processes.
•Strong communication and presentation skills to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
