Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory financial statements and supporting schedules.
  • •Support month-end and ongoing accounting processes while organizing financial data and maintaining reporting accuracy.
  • •Maintain and manage statutory accounting records and books under MEXGAAP for the Toluca Mexico entity, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
  • •Analyze financial records, including balance sheet activity, to identify discrepancies and support resolution efforts, including cash pool transaction accounting and reconciliations.
  • •Coordinate with internal stakeholders and partner teams to support accounting transactions, financial processes, audit remediation, and continuous process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in statutory accounting, financial reporting, or external audit.
  • •Strong knowledge of Mexican GAAP (MEXGAAP) and statutory reporting requirements.
  • •Experience preparing for external audits and working with audit firms (KPMG, PwC, EY, or Deloitte).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Power BI and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
