Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate production finance/accounting issues to Production Finance Executives and keep them updated.
  • •Create, update, and maintain production finance documents and resources proactively.
  • •Bridge freelance accounting departments and the studio to ensure timely updates.
  • •Assist with episodic cost reporting finalization and final close procedures, including ledger reconciliation and documentation retention.
  • •Support production financial onboarding/offboarding and wrap accounting (pre-production through wrap) including payroll, A/P, petty cash, journal entries, p-card activity, and receivables/deposits.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of film and/or television industry production finance or production accounting experience (preferred).
  • •Strong production accounting skills and thorough attention to detail with integrity.
  • •Working experience with Excel and other Microsoft/Apple products.
  • •Knowledge of Vista, PSL, Ease, and/or other Production Accounting programs.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and strong analytical and communication skills.
