Key Responsibilities

  • •Own strategy and outcomes for a significant Experiences Tribe pillar, going deep enough to spot the highest-leverage problems.
  • •Build customer empathy through direct exposure (calls, tickets, Gong, sales conversations) and separate signal from noise.
  • •Run rapid experiments with customers, ship lightweight solutions, and iterate based on real signal.
  • •Define, instrument, and measure impact; translate voice-of-customer into ranked, evidence-backed priorities and defend tradeoffs with data.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally across design, engineering, payroll, compliance, and go-to-market teams to ship and manage client escalations.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in product management, including several years owning meaningful outcomes in a fast-paced scale-up or high-growth environment.
  • •Experience in HRMS, payroll, fintech, or another regulated/data-heavy domain (preferred, not required).
  • •Ability to go deep into a domain quickly, build customer empathy, and identify highest-leverage problems.
  • •Entrepreneurial operator mindset: comfortable scoping ambiguous problems, running fast experiments, and shipping without perfect information.
  • •Track record defining and measuring impact and collaborating effectively across time zones and distributed teams.
