Partner across Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D to deliver executive-ready reporting and advise Category Managers. Mentor procurement analysts and help develop risk mitigation programs and third-party data strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor global market trends, geopolitical events, and macroeconomic indicators to forecast impacts on supply markets, raw materials, and logistics.
•Perform supplier landscape analysis to assess supplier financial health and cost structures and guide category strategies.
•Develop early warning systems and risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions, capacity constraints, and pricing volatility, including programs like sole source reduction and third-party risk management.
•Maintain commodity index files and reporting packs, and manage external market intelligence providers to maximize ROI.
•Design and maintain automated dashboards and use predictive analytics to forecast price curves, demand variations, and total cost of ownership across categories.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA highly preferred).
•6+ years of progressive experience in global procurement, strategic sourcing, commodity risk management, supply chain analytics, or market intelligence, including 2+ years in a leadership or cross-functional project management role.
•Advanced proficiency with data visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (Power Query, macros).
•Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data extraction and manipulation.
•Experience with major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and source-to-pay platforms, with strong understanding of financial statements and cost modeling (Should-Cost analysis).
