Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn core sourcing operation roles and responsibilities across product creation, costing, materials, and product testing.
  • •Support tactical and production planning and manufacturing activities, including quality and ME.
  • •Shadow senior sourcing leaders and interact with teams while contributing to daily team duties.
  • •Provide concrete support to assigned departments and report regularly to a senior mentor for coaching.
  • •Drive innovation by bringing new ideas and ensuring sourcing operations comply with adidas Responsible Sourcing & Purchasing Policy, standards, and legal requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Fresh graduate or candidate with less than two years of full-time work experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
  • •Fluent in English.
  • •Strong communication skills, including presentation and efficient note taking, plus computer literacy.
  • •Flexibility and willingness to relocate at the company’s request.
