Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver and manage infrastructure projects and programmes for clients across the project lifecycle, including contract administration and achieving client objectives.
  • •Provide strong leadership for teams and workstreams, including mentoring and developing the next generation of Project Managers.
  • •Manage financial performance with commercial oversight, forecasting, budgeting, and relevant project controls.
  • •Ensure health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements are met throughout delivery.
  • •Coordinate planning, communication, and organisational activities while managing multiple workstreams and engaging senior client representatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience of infrastructure project management and/or programme management across the project lifecycle, including delivery to client objectives, contract management, leadership, and project controls.
  • •Significant experience administering NEC3 and NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts in a named ECC Project Manager role or within the last 12 months.
  • •Strong leadership capability to develop teams and lead others in challenging environments or through ambiguities.
  • •Advanced stakeholder management skills and the ability to build long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients and partner organisations.
  • •Strong commercial and budgeting/forecasting experience, with analytical and numerical problem-solving skills.
