Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with GBU R&D and manufacturing partner factory teams to deliver additive manufacturing (AM) printer products for customer shipment.
  • •Own assigned 3D printer product sub-systems and ensure product/process engineering meets specifications and functional requirements.
  • •Provide responsive support to factory build issues and escalations related to product performance in owned sub-systems.
  • •Support new 3D NPI printer product industrialization activities under accelerated time-to-market schedules.
  • •Drive change management at manufacturing partner factories and resolve product/process engineering issues in a timely manner.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year or graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Typically 3–5 years of work experience in manufacturing engineering operations or a related field.
  • •Ability to manage product/process knowledge transfer for current products and new NPI.
  • •Experience owning and driving performance of product/process engineering for assigned 3D printer sub-systems.
  • •Ability to support factory build issues and escalations related to product performance, including DFx input during prototyping.
