Key Responsibilities

•Support development and implementation of digital and automation solutions for manufacturing operations.
•Design, maintain, and improve automation workflows to increase efficiency, quality, and reliability.
•Integrate shop-floor systems, MES platforms, business applications, and reporting tools.
•Implement and support MES solutions including work order management, traceability, quality tracking, and production data collection.
•Troubleshoot automation and system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions while maintaining documentation and user training.

Salary: USD 60,000 - 109,340 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field (preferred).
•Relevant experience in manufacturing automation, controls, MES, or industrial systems (degree may be substituted).
•Experience with one or more: Ignition, Apriso, SharePoint, Power Platform, SQL, Python, or similar automation/reporting tools.
•Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as OPC UA, MQTT, or Modbus.
•Understanding of networking fundamentals such as IP addressing, subnetting, and port management.
