Lead the development and delivery of scalable, product-based data solutions across Deposits and Lending within Consumer & Small Business Banking. Own a product-driven data strategy that turns fragmented reporting and analytics into standardized, governed, reusable data products. Serve as a bridge between business and technology, manage advanced analytics projects, lead a team of data/analytics professionals, and drive measurable business value through analytics and enablement.

•Lead and manage significant advanced analytics projects including scoping, approach design, task assignment, and deliverable accountability.
•Lead a team of Data and Analytics professionals through coaching, guidance, performance evaluations, and development planning.
•Own talent acquisition, coaching, and organization of data science professionals to drive business optimization and impact.
•Foster cross-level communication and partnerships with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders to deliver on line-of-business and company goals.
•Provide strategic direction for data collection, data wrangling, data mining, advanced analytics, AI & machine learning, self-service enablement, and data visualization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 15+ years’ experience in banking, finance, decision/data science, analytics, computer science, applied mathematics, or engineering.
•10+ years of progressive data science or analytics management experience with demonstrated results.
•Must be a people leader able to manage cross-functional, collaborative teams supporting business partners with enhanced insights.
•Demonstrated ability to engage and manage diverse internal partners, product sets, and projects, connecting insights to execution and business impact.
•Strong statistical/analytical competency and technical tool knowledge including database environments and programming/analytics tools (IBM DB2, Oracle, SAS, SQL, Toad, R, Python, SAS E-Miner), plus BI/data visualization tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy) and Microsoft Office Suite.
