Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Ciena’s networking products by designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites across multiple product lines. Build and enhance automation frameworks, create test plans for functional/regression coverage, and integrate automated suites into Jenkins pipelines. Analyze defects with root-cause analysis, collaborate with software, systems, and product teams, and advocate for customer needs through realistic carrier-grade and enterprise testing.
