Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers.
  • •Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the car-hauler to ensure it remains safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Maintain availability for required hours (7am–5pm or 9am–7pm) and rotate days off between weekdays and weekends.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks (loading/unloading, detailing) in indoor/outdoor conditions and sustain 8+ hours of standing/walking.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Requires frequent driving with excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
  • •Must be at least 21 with a valid driver’s license.
