Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the NVIDIA Compliance & Claiming subject matter expert and primary escalation point for compliance, claims, audits, funding governance, and program terms.
  • •Own and evolve the global operating model by developing scalable governance frameworks, operating standards, and controls aligned across regions.
  • •Drive compliance modernization through process innovation, automation, and system integration across Dell and NVIDIA platforms.
  • •Lead global enablement through change management, communications, and training for internal teams, agencies, partner managers, and marketing stakeholders.
  • •Define and monitor KPIs for compliance and claims effectiveness, optimize funding utilization/recovery, and mitigate compliance, financial, operational, and audit risk.
