Key Responsibilities

  • •Color-match, mix paint, and airbrush vehicles.
  • •Prepare vehicles for cosmetic paintwork using airbrush and related painting activities.
  • •Support vehicle reconditioning workflows inside Carvana Inspection Centers.
  • •Work to deliver vehicles when expected, including being able to work mandatory overtime when needed.
  • •Use state-of-the-art tools and follow safety procedures during painting operations.
