Job Summary

Join the reporting team as a Software Engineer to design and implement data-driven back-end features, own delivery end-to-end from ideation to deployment and monitoring, and participate in on-call rotations. Key Responsibilities

•Own feature delivery end-to-end from ideation to deployment and monitoring
•Participate in the team’s on-call rotation and help triage alerts and incidents
•Review other team members’ code and design documents
•Suggest and own improvements to the system and coding standards
•Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure reliable, scalable software

Key Requirements

•5+ years of related software development experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
•Proficiency in one or more modern languages (Java, C#, Go, Python) and strong CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, design)
•Experience delivering production features with high-quality code and reliable tests across unit, integration, and end-to-end
•Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines; debugging pipelines and analyzing system logs
•Experience with public cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), containers (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
•Experience with monitoring, metrics, and logging, and building basic telemetry
•On-call experience and root cause analysis with minimal guidance
•Strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional partners
•Experience designing for scalability, reliability, and performance and contributing to deployment pipelines and test automation
