Job Summary

Join Wood’s Doha office as a Project Manager (Offshore) supporting delivery across study, FEED, EPC, and PMC scopes. You’ll execute project work aligned to the project execution plan, maintaining Safety and Quality while meeting manhour, cost, and schedule targets. Lead planning, coordination, and control of project activities, champion HSSE/Quality, manage budgets, interface with client stakeholders, and drive timely commercial and project performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Champion Wood and client Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality cultures, ensuring procedures are followed and high safety/quality standards are achieved.
•Plan, direct, coordinate, and control project work in accordance with corporate practices and project procedures.
•Develop and implement the project execution plan and project schedules to meet company and contract requirements.
•Provide leadership and commitment to the Project HSSE and Quality plan, while keeping to the control budget objectives.
•Act as a focal point for engineering, procurement, and project services resources; interface with client management and communicate project objectives and organization to the project team.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree in an engineering discipline.
•Minimum of 15-20 years of relevant experience.
•Further education/certification in project management (e.g., PMP or APM) is preferred.
•Good working experience with Microsoft Office applications for documents, presentations, trackers, and schedules.
•Proven experience managing lump sum engineering contracts for oil and gas projects, with Qatar experience preferred.
