Lead engineering for the Lister domain end to end, ensuring delivery, technical health, partner data quality, and team performance across three pods. Set and defend the quarterly roadmap, grow team leads, and hire, mentor, and retain engineers while staying hands-on with code reviews and architecture decisions for pipeline and partner integrations. Partner cross-functionally to translate ambiguous partner and regulatory pressures into scoped work, and drive reliability through on-call and incident response.
