Key Responsibilities

•Drive Activation Velocity: Lead the architecture for our global onboarding systems, building logic to orchestrate the merchant lifecycle to maximize time-to-value while preserving stability.
•Bridge Policy & Code: Architect onboarding concierge that uses real-time reasoning to align business logic with regulatory requirements and resolve compliance blockers via natural dialogue.
•Product Strategy: Shape the roadmap with Engineering, Staff Engineers, and Product teams to deliver innovative onboarding solutions and address systemic bottlenecks.
•Global Standardization: Mentor engineers to enforce technical standards ensuring compliant and performant journeys across regions, balancing local needs with a global core architecture.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 235,000 - 317,000 annually

•Compliance-minded with security-by-design, KYC, identity verification, and regulated data handling.
•Deep Java expertise and experience building high-concurrency API architectures.

•Entrepreneurial and autonomous ability to navigate a large global organization and align Risks, Operations, and Product around a unified vision.
