  • •Drive Activation Velocity: Lead the architecture for our global onboarding systems, building logic to orchestrate the merchant lifecycle to maximize time-to-value while preserving stability.
  • •Bridge Policy & Code: Architect onboarding concierge that uses real-time reasoning to align business logic with regulatory requirements and resolve compliance blockers via natural dialogue.
  • •Product Strategy: Shape the roadmap with Engineering, Staff Engineers, and Product teams to deliver innovative onboarding solutions and address systemic bottlenecks.
  • •Global Standardization: Mentor engineers to enforce technical standards ensuring compliant and performant journeys across regions, balancing local needs with a global core architecture.
