Key Responsibilities

  • •Bridge Generative AI research models to real-world industrial applications by solving the “last mile” problem in agent solutions.
  • •Design and prototype AI-native agent workflows and system integrations, including industry-tailored fine-tuning such as LoRA.
  • •Implement production-quality integrations of AI model APIs across agent frameworks and supporting tools like RAG and vector databases.
  • •Optimize AI performance across latency, throughput, and cost by tuning prompt chains and implementing caching strategies.
  • •Develop evaluation frameworks and guardrails (e.g., LLM-as-a-judge and human-in-the-loop) to ensure safe, accurate, hallucination-free outputs and compare models for GTM.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •At least 3 years of related work experience in AI-native roles such as solution architect, product solutions, or forward deployed engineer.
  • •Deep understanding of LLM applications on public cloud across industry verticals like e-commerce, social & entertainment, and FinTech.
  • •Experience with agentic AI design paradigms such as Re-Act, Plan and Execute, and Multi-Agent.
  • •High fluency in written and oral English and Mandarin.
