•Drive executional excellence across assigned verticals to ensure high-quality client engagements, operational consistency, and measurable revenue impact.
•Establish and drive adoption of best practices and standardize processes to raise the operational floor across markets.
•Provide guidance on leveraging TikTok ad solutions to drive vertical-specific product adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and influence client strategies.
•Lead innovative programs and pilots to create and scale vertical growth initiatives, proactively addressing evolving client and market needs.
•Mentor and guide the team; act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams while collaborating cross-functionally to align executional models across markets.

•Passion for delivering outstanding client service and building long-term partnerships with marketing decision-makers at brands and agencies.
•Track record in performance advertising, scaling challenges, and advertiser objectives across media platforms with media sales expertise.
•Proven operational and executional rigor at scale, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality client engagements.
•Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to assess and optimize campaign performance.
•Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, including knowledge of tracking, attribution, and measurement tools (e.g., Pixel, API, MMPs, CLS, BLS, MMM, MTA).
