Job Summary

Join the HR team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (alternance) and support recruitment across a wide range of roles (CDI, CDD, internships). You’ll act as a business partner to hiring managers, owning the end-to-end process from intake and briefing through sourcing, phone pre-screening, and candidate interviews. Based in Malakoff (92) with 2 days of telework, you’ll also help improve recruitment practices and school relations.

•Perform phone pre-qualification and lead/participate in candidate interviews.
•Participate actively in recruitment sessions and contribute to projects improving recruitment practices (e.g., session models, school relations).
