Key Responsibilities

  • •Join the HR team of 5 people under the Recruitment Manager and manage your recruitments across varied functions.
  • •Partner with hiring managers and ensure end-to-end ownership of the process from the brief to candidate onboarding.
  • •Run briefing intake with managers and conduct candidate sourcing (job ads, CV database, social networks).
  • •Perform phone pre-qualification and lead/participate in candidate interviews.
  • •Participate actively in recruitment sessions and contribute to projects improving recruitment practices (e.g., session models, school relations).
