•Greet customers and assist with product selection, converting window shoppers into buyers
•Promote and explain the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to drive repeat sales
•Follow company selling guidelines (GUEST – Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank) and maintain high service standards
•Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide suggestive selling based on brand brands
•Ensure stock is displayed per layout norms, manage inventory records, and handle POS/billing duties

Key Requirements

•Excellent customer service and communication skills with a focus on delivering a great in-store experience
•Previous retail or sales experience preferred, with ability to work flexible hours including sale periods
•Strong product knowledge and the ability to perform suggestive selling based on brand offerings
•Attention to detail for maintaining stock, store layout, and visual merchandising standards
•Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and handling cash, credit card transactions, and refunds
