Key Responsibilities

  • •Own NAND development schedules and execution, leading multi-functional development teams and collaboration.
  • •Direct NAND deliverables and sample delivery schedules aligned with NAND/system development timelines.
  • •Drive system-level integration of NAND technology into SSDs and end-customer applications with Technology Development and Design Engineering.
  • •Provide cross-functional leadership across product engineering, business units, supply chain, fab, assembly, and test to ensure aligned execution and on-time delivery.
  • •Represent Product Engineering in development forums, lead reviews and problem-solving across NAND-system interactions, and guide teams through ambiguity to resolve issues and maintain program momentum.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years (or equivalent experience) in the semiconductor industry.
  • •Knowledge of NAND device/design and/or system firmware/design.
  • •Ability to lead product development projects or act in a similar capacity.
  • •Strong problem-solving, self-motivation, growth mindset, and effective communication/organizational skills.
  • •Familiarity with AI platforms (e.g., Claude, Copilot) or interest in using emerging technologies to improve engineering productivity and decisions.
