Key Requirements

  • •Typically less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
  • •Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
  • •Maintain and obtain required National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.
  • •Demonstrate customer service and interpersonal skills, including effectively engaging and communicating with clients, and using/demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
