Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end delivery of amplifier site civil and MEP works, coordinating permitting through site readiness while meeting safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
•Supervise daily field execution to achieve plan-of-day targets safely and with quality, coordinating civil/structural and electrical installation activities.
•Own project HSE planning and execution, including developing the project HSE plan, preparing JHAs, running site audits, and driving corrective actions.
•Develop and maintain logic-linked schedules integrating design, permitting, procurement, civil/structural, MEP, inspections, commissioning, and turnover.
•Produce estimates and preconstruction plans via quantity takeoffs and administer prime and subcontract contracts to control risk, cost, and compliance, including managing changes/claims and commercial logs.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•For Project Manager/Team Lead: 8 years delivering site/civil and MEP construction (telecom sites, utility compounds, or light industrial).
•For Superintendent: 6 years supervising site/civil and MEP construction (telecom/utility/industrial), including concrete and electrical coordination.
•For Safety (HSE Manager): bachelor’s in Occupational Health and Safety or related field with 8 years construction safety experience; OSHA 30.
•Roles requiring field work require a valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to pass AECOM’s motor vehicle records review; travel including overnight is required.
