Job Summary

Own reliability and efficiency for core storage/computing/DB infrastructure. Troubleshoot production issues, perform bottleneck analysis, and drive high-availability architecture transformations and upgrades. Build automated operations and monitoring frameworks, plus software platforms to govern intelligent service-oriented architecture (SOA). Optimize large-scale system cost, capacity, and stability, and design new IDC and data protection plans to meet compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure reliability and efficiency of core infrastructure, including capacity and stability, and set up reliability standards and recovery SOP.
•Troubleshoot technical issues and analyze bottlenecks; manage high-availability architecture transformations and upgrades.
•Build automated operation solutions for large-scale systems and partner with system development teams for iteration.
•Design and implement software platforms and monitoring frameworks for efficient, automated, intelligent service-oriented architecture governance.
•Optimize CPU and system cost via delivery standards and monitoring/budgeting; design new IDC and implement data protection plans for compliance.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related major.
•Strong fundamentals in computer software, including Linux, storage, and network I/O principles.
•Familiar with one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, and Java, with knowledge of design patterns and coding principles.
•Experience with storage systems and technologies including KV, Table, Graph, Redis, MySQL, MongoDB, MQ, and Kafka.
•Experience with computing and big data systems including Kubernetes, Docker/Containers, AIOps, Spark, Flink, Function as a service, RPC frameworks, and service mesh.
