Business Management Operations Manager

Manage the order fulfillment lifecycle across multiple customers or regions, from forecast and manufacturing slot requests through booking closure and shipment. Escalate and resolve booking and revenue issues with the account team, while tracking commitment status for forecasts, tool and customer issues, and source inspections. Lead demand planning reviews, size future factory build plans, manage employee and budget responsibilities, and drive business process improvements and key customer initiatives.
