•Build and maintain project plans, operating cadences, status reporting, and documentation to enable effective team execution.
•Analyze operational data to identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions that increase efficiency and execution quality.
•Identify execution risks early, develop mitigation plans, and drive issues to resolution with minimal guidance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, supply chain, consulting, or a related field in a high-growth/technology-enabled company.
•Experience supporting manufacturing or consumer electronics operations.
•Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Slides, Slack, Smartsheets, and similar project management tools.
•Proven ability to independently own and deliver complex projects/workstreams from planning through execution with strong attention to detail.
•Demonstrated success managing multiple cross-functional priorities in a fast-paced environment.
