Key Responsibilities

  • •Own outcomes end to end: frame fuzzy problems, design multi-agent workflows and ontology-grounded agents, and deliver build, deployment, and evaluation.
  • •Build and validate prototype-to-production AI systems with a stack-fluid approach aligned to mission needs.
  • •Supervise Claude-style generators by reviewing outputs, challenging code and idea choices, and explaining architectural decisions.
  • •Create evaluation frameworks that prove when agentic/ontology-grounded approaches outperform prompt/MCP-based approaches.
  • •Partner with product and platform teams to scale what proves valuable and define missions (including ontologies work).
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •6–9 years of end-to-end experience building agentic systems, production-grade RAG, and evaluation frameworks.
  • •Supervise AI coding and brainstorming tools at the architecture, code, and ideas level, identifying brittle abstractions and wrong design choices.
  • •Strong exposure to SAP BTP, including Kyma, CAP, HANA Cloud, kernel services, and CPI/destination services.
  • •Ontology or knowledge-graph experience is a plus.
  • •Demonstrate non-negotiable learning agility, critical thinking, bias for action, and end-to-end ownership from problem definition through build, deployment, and evaluation.
